What do we do to sell your property?
100% of our time is devoted to selling retirement homes. It is likely that our database of applicants looking for retirement homes will produce several interested buyers - we also advertise locally, nationally - and now on the world-wide internet. We spend a lot of time on your behalf with the prospective purchasers to ensure that they acquire the right property on the right development.

All viewings are accompanied by us and we ensure that purchasers are not only shown around the property but are also taken around the development to see all the facilities - communal lounges, guest suites, laundries, gardens etc.

Having found a buyer
As you may be aware, conveying a retirement property is somewhat different from other types of property - we explain the procedure to purchasers at the start (this avoids confusion later). We also inform the Solicitors and Management Company of the sale and if an interview is required with the Development Manager, we will arrange this at an early stage.

Heading towards completion
As the sale proceeds, we will contact you at regular intervals in order to keep you fully informed of progress. This will continue through to exchange of contracts and on to completion. Our intention is to make the sale of your property as straight forward as possible.
